Design and Handling Time
Our design and handling time is typically 5-7 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the processing time. During high-demand seasons, this period may be longer. We appreciate understanding.

Shipping is always free to USA buyers
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment through our carrier’s website.
International Shipping
For orders outside the USA, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and may vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Undeliverable Packages
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a valid and complete shipping address. Orders that are returned due to an undeliverable address will be discarded, and no refund will be issued. Please contact our customer service team if you believe there has been an error in the address.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the shipment date. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. For lost orders, please ensure that the delivery address is correct before resubmitting the order.

Returns and Refunds policy
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. As your art is personalized and we cannot resell the item, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please contact us at artficionadopod@gmail.com, we’ll do our best and work with you to make the situation right.
How we proceed?
Customers can ask to preview their order before print, if not we’ll design, print and ship the order.
in case preview is requested (also in some special cases/requests), we will send a preview mockup in the next 24-48h (it can take more time during holidays) and wait for approval.
After 24h a reminder will be sent to the client, if we didn't get an answer in the next 24h after the 2nd email we reserve the right to print and ship the item(s).
Cancellation and return
Please be advised that our products are customized after purchase, so if you want to cancel your order for any reason, you can do so in the first 12 hours. After that, the order will have already processed.
$20 of design fees will be charged before refunding your money if the item(s) are not yet shipped, in case the order has shipped unfortunately we can’t cancel or return your order. After printing, no other buyer changes are accepted.
Defect or Damage
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, please contact us and provide a photo/short video proving and explaining the problem, Art-Ficionado, LLC will send you a replacement and notify you with instructions to deal with the damaged item.
